| Evans Huber concentrates his practice in the areas of civil dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration, and employment counseling. Mr. Huber has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation involving engineering and technical issues; but has also represented the firm's clients in litigation, arbitration, and appeals in a wide range of subject areas, including commercial matters, shareholder and partner disputes, real estate transactions, securities, banking, accreditation, environmental, zoning, employment, construction, probate and trust matters. He received an A.B. from Dartmouth College, a B.E. from Thayer School of Engineering, and a J.D. magna cum laude, from Boston College Law School where he was an editor of the Boston College Law Review. He is a member of the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers Hearing Committee for Plymouth and Norfolk counties, and was voted a 2005 Massachusetts "Superlawyer" by the Journal of Law & Politics. He is a member of the bars of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Districts of Massachusetts and the District of Columbia, the Court of Appeals for the First and DC Circuits, and the United States Supreme Court. |
