Mr. Giardiello concentrates in the areas of corporate law and estate and trust administration. His practice includes the general representation of new and established businesses, including entity formation, financing, leasing, business acquisitions and sales and buy-sell agreements. He also represents executors and trustees in the administration of estates and trusts.
Mr. Giardiello received a B.A. in Economics from Boston College in 1986 and a law degree from the Georgetown University Law Center in 1989.
