Richard (Dick) Wennett has been practicing law since 1954 and concentrates his practice in the following areas of law: Corporate & Business, Real Estate, Probate, Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
Mr. Wennett has represented and advised a wide range of business clients from closely held family owned to multi-national corporations. His real estate practice entails the representation of commercial and residential buyers and sellers. Mr. Wennett has a wealth of experience in the planning of client estates and also in the probating and administration of estates.
The Massachusetts Bar Association has presented Mr. Wennett with a plaque in recognition of his 50 years of practicing law and has acknowledged that his contributions to the Profession throughout the course of his career has been extremely valuable to practitioners throughout Massachusetts.
Mr. Wennett received his Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University in 1952 and his Law Degree from Boston University in 1954. Mr. Wennett is admitted to practice in all of the Trial and Appellate Courts of Massachusetts, the Federal District Court and the United States Tax Court.
